It's Halloween season!
Feeling very inspired, so I thought I'd share some pictures of my Halloween party last year. We had such a blast putting up all the spooky decorations! Some of my favourite's are the baby jar and the bandage head on a platter. Which was actually a DIY from Martha Stewart! We loved doing the black pumpkins as well too.

We've got a pool in our backyard and frequently have dive-in movies, so I found an old black and white scary movie and put it on repeat for the duration of the evening. We also hung some black paper lanterns across the pool.

For the food table.. we put a fog machine underneath the table that occasionally went off, along with a red lamp that shone up through the back. We had some amazing spooky themed food as well! Everything was made as spooky as possible.

There's so many amazing colour schemes out in the world. We had to do this for an assessment at university - we got given ten different 'themes' and we had to put together schemes from pictures. It was really fun!

VEGAN / 02

The last vegan recipes post I did turned out to be quite popular, so I thought - why not make a new one? This one features all sorts of delicious brownies, tarts and puddings. I absolutely can not wait to try them all!

Let me know if you've tried any of them! x

Love Garance DorĂ© - her illustrations are absolute perfection. They're such simple drawings, but so so so cute!

It's almost Christmas time! That means the smell of gingerbread is almost permanently wafting through our house, the tree is up in all it's glory and late night swims in the pool because it is way too hot. Oh, and of course spending obscene amounts of money on gifts for everyone. *wink!*

paris. the city of a thousand greys.

morgan is off galavanting around europe right now, studying a semester abroad over in milan. before ending up in milan, she spent some time in london + paris. she's got plans to visit some other nearby countries + explore all of italy's got to offer!

sorry it's been pretty quiet over here lately - getting back into the swing of things at university is a challenge, especially after such a long break! on another note, my sister [who just moved back home from abu dhabi] is moving to sydney tomorrow - she sure gets around!
